The nomination committee ahead of the annual general meeting 2025 comprises:
- Andreas Ejlegård, representing the company’s largest group of shareholders per April 30, 2024
- Joakim Söderström, convening member and Chair of the Board of Cereno
- Björn Dahlöf, CSO and Head of Clinical Development in the Company
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee are welcome to do so via e-mail [email protected], or to the company’s postal address. The proposal shall be received by the nomination committee no later than January 31, 2025.
